I made this site because of my mission to help prevent and manage stress (or heal from it). Having had two major stress issues myself and witnessed what it has done to others, my message is that prevention is better than the cure!

Several years ago the stresses at work and home had me feeling absolutely weighed down with challenges I couldn’t see how to solve. My health suffered in many ways and my zest for life was virtually all gone. Please don’t go down that bumpy road, allow me to guide you on a much nicer path!

As a stress survivor, I have used many resources like meditation, personal development books, yoga, exercise, being in nature, etc, trust me – I’ve done it all. And they’re all great! However, most are either time consuming, don’t offer immediate relief or solve the underlying problem.

So that’s when I decided to find a more complete and concise solution to stress management.
